Nicht alle unsere Aluminiumprofile werden in Form eines Rohres benötigt. Ob nahtlose Hohlprofile oder kammergepresste Profilrohre aus Aluminium, es gibt in Unna eine Vielzahl von Möglichkeiten. Einfache Profilquerschnitte, wie Voll- oder Winkelprofile, sind ebenfalls realisierbar. Wir können bei einigen Profiltypen sogar die Fertigungstoleranzen durch einen nachfolgenden Ziehschritt weiter einengen. Durch das Ziehen können zum Beispiel auch nahtlose Vierkant- oder Rechteckrohre aus schwerpressbaren Legierungen hergestellt werden.

L´Aluminiumwerk Unna AG si è specializzata nella produzione di tubi in alluminio. I tubi sono prodotti nel nostro stabilimento con due tipi di processo, quello ad ago (senza saldatura) e quello a ponte (con saldatura). È abbastanza facile distinguere i due processi: nel processo di estrusione senza saldatura, il mandrino (ago) è fissato dentro la camera di estrusione creando il diametro interno del tubo, mentre nell'estrusione a ponte, il mandrino è fissato alla matrice permezzo di bracci o ponti di supporto.

Avec cette technologie unique ALUnna est en mesure d’extruder des profilés en longueurs continues. A l’encontre des procédés conventionnels d’extrusion ce procédé d’extrusion n’utilise pas de billettes de filage. La matière première est introduite en partant d’une bobine.
